Fresh clams steamed to perfection, bathed in our garlic, butter and white wine sauce with fresh herbs.  Served with garlic bread.

Freshly baked sourdough topped with fresh melted mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, sweet onions, garlic and basil.

Baked baguette brushed with olive oil and topped with fresh garlic and Parmigianino Reggiano.

Crisp Romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, topped with fresh Parmigianino Reggiano.

Fresh sliced tomatoes, layered with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil served topped with our balsamic vinaigrette.
Buonarroti Salad – Full or Half 
Chopped Romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced grilled chicken, bleu cheese, avocado, crispy prosciutto and walnuts tossed in our house strawberry-balsamic vinaigrette.
Spinach Salad – Full or Half
Tender leaf spinach topped with mandarin oranges, roasted walnuts, cranberries, feta cheese and crispy prosciutto.  Served with our signature creamy citrus dressing.

House Specialties
Signature dishes made with magnificent flavors and an attention to detail that is unique to the Buonarroti kitchen.  All of the following entrees are served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of potatoes or risotto, with the exception of our Cioppino.
T-Bone Caprese
T-Bone grilled to perfection, topped with fresh sliced tomatoes layered with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil.
Filet Mignon
9oz Filet wrapped in pancetta and topped with sautéed portabella mushrooms and garlic butter sauce.
Veal Piccata
Sautéed with capers, butter, lemon and white wine.
Veal Marsala
Sautéed with portabella mushrooms and a delicate marsala wine, garlic sauce.
Pollo Buonarroti
In light cream sauce with tender artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and a touch of garlic.
Pollo Piccata
Sautéed with capers, garlic, butter, fresh lemon and white wine.
Pollo Balsamic
Sautéed in a portabella mushroom garlic balsamic sauce, reduced to a flavorful glaze.
Pork Chop Pomodoro
Grilled and topped with fresh garlic, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped sweet red onions, and basil.
Cioppino
A medley of this season’s fresh seafood, bathed in a flavorful tomato broth, served with garlic bread.

Angel hair pasta tossed with frescch garlic, chopped tomatoes, sweet red onions and basin in a light garlic butter sauce.
Lasagna
Seasoned beef and Italian sausage are hand rolled into meatballs, baked to perfection and thinly sliced betweens layers of pasta, mozzarella, ricotta, parmersan and bolognaise sauce.
Scampi Pomodoro
Tiger prawns sauteed with fresh garlic, capers, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped sweet red onions, and basil, tossed with fettuccini in butter, garlic, white wine sauce and a touch of cream.
